I dont understand why bill collectors are so stuck in ancient times. I get so many calls and its annoying. I would much rather get a text or email. The phone ringing can be annoying and a text is more subtle. It also doesnt require me to hear a long dragging voicemail. I would rather get a text saying who they are and what they want. If I dont respond soon then call me.
I often find that some banks wont allow their agencies to take debit or credit card. Why cant I pay with my debit or credit card?? Why do theh wwnt my routing and account number. All agencies should accept debit and credit payments. Its like they are stuck in 1950.

Oh my goodness why do they disclose theu are bill collectors on voicemails. That is insane. My mom heard one when I was playing my voice messages at home. They should only disclose through texts. Texts arent something that will be heard by others. That long message saying they are collectors and trying to colleft a debt is ridiculous!!
I need a number to show. Stop blocking yhr number and stop using 800 numbers. To me 800 numbers belong to sales or solicitors. I want to know I have a debt in collections. So dont hide. Geesh!

Ummm you want to know a annoying way to find out I was in collections... how about 12 voicemails saying they are bill collectors. Finding time to call you is not easy. Many of you work from 9 to 6. Thats when im at work. Some of you are different timezones. Why cant I text or email you and haveyou text or email me back??? So stone age!
That voicemail which I just read is called FOTI. So ridiculous. Why would you do that? So when I play your voicemail someone hears it and I get embarased and call you?? What a ridiculous message.
I can understand 1 call. But thats it! And they better not talk a out my debt. But I can see them wanting to make sure they have the right number by verifying with a relative or neighbor. Especially with that ridiculous FOTI thing they say on my voicemail.
I dont mind the spouse. I mean shes my wife so I dont see why not. But I dont agree with girlfriends or boyfriends for those who dont have a spouse. Spouse is okay.
Make the authorized user pay. Why not? It is so dumb when I tell these collectors "call my brother he charged it" and they say "I cant you are the account holder hes just an authorized user." Seriously?! So old fashioned.
